Google stealing my content?

I have published my hotel operation manual at Google docs which has been downloaded and read over 5000 times. But, today, when i was going through Google application for your domain agreement, i read this today

"By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through Google services which are intended to be available to the members of the public, you grant Google a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, modify, publish and distribute such Content on Google services for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting Google services. Google reserves the right to syndicate Content submitted, posted or displayed by you on or through Google services and use that Content in connection with any service offered by Google."

Which is really disturbing, readers, would you share your opinion with me?

Download Gmeyshan the wordpress Widget that provides Gmail for your wordpress

I am sorry to ask you all to comment for this plugin in my previous post. I just thought, no one would be interested in this plugin. That is the reason i asked you to comment, now, my mail box is full, I can understand the interest in this plugin.

If there was not much intersted then there would not be any point me scrapping the code and making patch files. Anyway i have done it exclusively for wordpress users. The Zip has two file, in case, if you have problem, with the plugin, you can use the patch file, that should solve all the problem if any any. In case of errors (due to PHP.ini configuration or PHP5), people can patch their libgmailer with the attached patch.

Please let me know your opinion, in case, if you run into any trouble, i would be only very happy to help you.

Also have i have attached two png image which you can display to use, else create your own. Once activated, just go to presentation tab, under side bar widget place the plugin and configure it.
