Hotel Operation
In our first series of post, I would like to bring you the hotel operation Manual for you. While some time ago, while I was working for a groups of hotel, the directors of the group, were badly in need of a ready made Hotel Operation Manual, that would help all the small budget hotel owners and Manager to understand the overall Hotel business and operate smoothly. As we had very little time, we searched in all the search engine. We could not find one that would suite their need. So, we wrote one with as detailed any operation manual can have, which we feel would meet any budget hotel need for a operation Manual.
The operation manual which I wrote become quite popular till date many of the budget hotel in Middle east and Africa use that.
