Windows only: Convert your photographs into black and white sketches or watercolor paintings with Photo to Sketch.

The program is extremely simple to use - just select a photo on your machine and click on “convert.” You have a choice of pen, pastel, or pencil, along with a few rudimentary editing options. Photo to Sketch is a free download, Windows only. Now my kids can color pictures of David Lee Roth
