We have done a quick update the wordpress plugin Spicypipes. The code is much better now, thick box is integrated with lattest js. You can download the latest version of SpicyPipes from here. The widget provides sidebar widget support, you can just drag and drop. However, In case, if you use, a wordpress theme which is not widget ready, then you use this php command <?php qanda(); ?> to call the pluging where you wanted to the plugin to function.
